Why 50 items?
It is enough to take in a stack, print the labels, scan one back, and show a customer your booth page, the whole loop, on real stock. It is not enough to work a table for a weekend, which is the point at which this is worth $29.95 to you.
Why are graded comps the only paid feature?
They are the only part of VNDR with a running bill behind them. Nobody sells this data, so we gather it ourselves, every night — and eBay drops sold listings after 90 days, so a sale not captured this week is gone for good. Labels and your booth page are code: once written they cost nothing to keep running, so they are free. We would rather tell you that than invent a reason.
Questions worth asking first
- What counts as an item?
- One physical card or one sealed box in your case. Sold and traded items stop counting, so selling makes room, the 50-item free plan is about how much you hold at once, not how much you have ever handled.
- What happens when I hit 50 items?
- New intake stops until you upgrade or sell something. Nothing you have already taken in is touched, hidden or locked, your labels keep scanning and your booth page keeps working.

- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. VNDR never touches money changing hands at your table, it records what a sale was. There is no cart, no checkout and no fee on anything you sell.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Settings, in Stripe's own billing portal. You keep the paid plan until the period you have already paid for runs out, then drop back to free with everything still there.
- What if my card fails at a show?
- Nothing changes for a week. A payment failing on the Friday of a three-day show must not close your case at the table, so the plan keeps working for seven days after a failed payment.
- Is my inventory locked in?
- No. Your catalogue browsing is public and free with no account at all, and everything you take in is yours, ask and we will hand you your data.
